it is starting to happen

I noticed over the past few days my legs have been begining to show veins. I took a picture today in a relaxed state to show my veins slightly trying to show themselves. My veins come out sometimes and then hide again. Its good to know its starting to happen. I give myself a few weeks for the full vein effect. I am such a vein fan. I find them to be sexy.



























I want to give a shout out to Elena Seiple who has been a real friend in motivating me for the show. I can't even begin to tell you guys how excited I am for her this year. Whatever show she choses to do, I think we all know that it will be her show for the taking. She is an amazing person and bodybuilder and a great friend. I hope she will come to Vegas! Elena and I hae to go shopping together as we both love ot shop. ;) Also I want to say congrats to her client that won the lightheavy weight class at the Jr.USAs.



I had the opportunity to shoot with Tre Scott of Femflex and meet the fabulous Monica Mollica. She has a nice physique. I wish she would compete this year as she would do very well. She has so much potential. I think what really blew me away about Monica is that she is a nutritionist from Sweden, an author, and a conributing writer to magazines. Be on the lookout for Mrs. Mollica.


lastly I wnt to say that I will be doing webcam on Herbiceps, so check me out.

I was playing around on the little trampoline. i was having way to much fun! hey I like to have fun and enjoy life what can I say. You got to make the best of it. it was so fun jumping.

Sometihng different

I had an interesting Saturday. I was in Miami visiting for the weekend and I had I was going nuts trying to find a gym. I found an address for a gold’s gym on 107th ave. I went to go train and come to my attention what was once a Gold’s Gym was now Planet Fitness. I couldn’t just leave as much as I wanted to. Trust me I really wanted to leave. I am on a mission and I got to get it done regardless of the situation.

I approach to the doors and was very hesitant in walking in as I had no idea what was in store for me on the other side. I walked in and all I saw was purple and yellow everywhere. Even the machines where purple and yellow. It was a different setting that I was not used to. The dumbbells went up to 70 lbs only. I was just amazed. On the other hand the machines where excellent. The strength equipment they had was a majority of Body Masters, and a few Icarian. I trained chest and did a few extra things. I did get a decent workout which is all I cared about at this point. But I felt like I was training in a box. The place was small. Oh and the other thing that I did like about this particular gym was that the weights where labeled and everything was neatly arranged. The other downside to the gym was that they didn’t provide towels . I didn’t see any sanitizer anywhere and that bothered as I do not like to train in anothers person sweat on a machine. ;( It isn’t a pretty site at all. Especially if they are the heavy sweating kind that drips in sweat. YUK! We all sweat but let’s please be courteous to those others that use the equipment too! I don’t know how many weeks I am out from USAs but I have noticed some good changes. My face is getting leaner. This is a good thing for me.

BTW being in Miami is boring for me right now because I can't enjoy latin food which I love A LOT ;)

I got good discipline and dedication to what I love doing which is bodybuilding.

Rack your weights please


I went over to the smith machine and these two guys just got done doing squats. They basically left two 45's on each side and walked away. I caught them and said "are you guys done". Well they both looked at me crossed eyed and said yes. Then I asked if they can take off the weight and they said with legs like that you can do this. I said i am not doing legs I am doing back. Basically they where sarcastic and pushing my buttons. I think I upset them off about taking off the weights.
It is not fair to others to leave a stack of weights on the machine. Don't you think. Its a whole new workout just taking the weights off.
Today was a good workout minus the "macho guys" I had a brief confrontation with. You honestly can't let people like this get to you. They have absolutly no clue what my purpose is. THey have no idea the amount of time, preparation, and the delightful diet we have to do to get to that state of "perfection". Its a hard road and its even harder on me becuase I m young and don't have that muscle maturity yet.

its almost Monday




I want to get something off of my shoulders that is bothering me. I have a couple of things that I feel I need to express my thoughts on.


First off, I was very distrubed yesterday in the gym. I was training calves and noticed that a man had took his two little girls to the bathroom/locker room. Now I saw this and freaked out. He had just picked them up out of the child day care at the gym and it was still open so they do have a bathroom for the children in there.I don't see WHY he had to take them into the mens bathroom. I couldn't believe what this guy did, and he was in the bathroom for a while. The thing is these are little girls between the ages of 3-6 yr old. With all these crazy sexual predators out there, and plus it is a locker room and people "freely" walk around in there birthday suits, etc. I hope it doesn't happen again. I reported the incident to several staff at the gym, and they reassured me they will take care of the situation.
I have noticed that my name has been thrown alot on the forums. Its nice to know that people are talking about me whether its good or bad. One particular person made a really stupid comment on the forum, and I handled it well. I was told that I have poor leg development, training, and well you know. This bothered me so much becuase the guy obviously doesn't or didn't have a clue to what he was talking about. My training techniques are totally diffrent and what works for me may not work for the other person. I have made some great gain in over the years and what I treasure the most is the incredible people that have past through my bodybuilding life. I have been blessed to have the honor to call these people friends, or even just talk with them for a minute or two. Anyway, he just really got under my skin for his lack of research.


I thought it was very sweet that my friend Angela "little feet" made me a cd with my picture on it and my name for my Las Vegas show. It was cute! Thank you Angie.
Oh if anyone goes out to have italian this wek can be sure to order some calamari for me as I am a huge fan of this appettizer. I need a hug!!

Happy Easter Weekend!

Want to wish everyone a Happy Easter! I will be going egg hunting later this afternoon. Unfortunatly no chocolate rabbits or Cadbury eggs for me this year :( Its all for a good cause.

Training is great. I sometimes judge myself on how much weight I can lift. yesterday I did some arm blasting and I amazed myself becuase I did a barbell curls with a 45 plate on each side. I think I got 6 reps. I was amazed at myself becuase I never did that before.

Now I want to say something real quick. Sometimes people mistake that bodybuilding is all about lifting heavy weights. Well, you need to train heavy thats for sure but it always isn't always about the amount of weight you lift. I say this because today I get asked silly questions on my bestlifts and my training techniques. Well I do lift weight to set a record. I lift weight to perfect my physique. I get so anooyed when I have my headphones on and people walk up to me in the middle of my set and bother me. Can't they see I am trying to do my set. I am not trying to sound mean but when I train I am working. I am going to hire a bodyguard so nobody bothers me. Better yet I think I will take my bulldog with me to train
